work was freaking boring today at CS....kenna lotsa refunds jus becos customers all got blind eyes....cannot differentiate e discount price and normal price...then asked for a change....so ma fan.....
then there's this stupid old stupid woman...everything also want double bags...even for very light things...neva mind..after cash out...she was saying how much get how many stamps....and started blaming me that i didnt inform her by spending another $8, she can actually get 2 more stamps...and insist tt she wanna top up e $8 and i SHOULD give her 2 more stamps..i asked her to hold while i get xiaoyun to handle her......
in e end, xiaoyun jus gave her e 2 stamps frm e extras...and told me tt last time while she's on duty, she kenna her too...she's listed under e "troublesome customers...." haiz ~
was sick of working e next day and asked mingwei to stand in for me.................headed home and called dearie after finishing all my stuff.......i miss him so much........................cant wait to see him soon after his exams..............................
